An original salt-free, blackened seasoning blend using a Doorstep Peppers exclusive blend to add a little extra flavor. It has a little heat, a little spice and finished with a hint of Chipotle. Use this blend when cooking chicken, Mexican rice or lentils. Also use it in homemade dips and sauces when the ingredients call for a "Cajun" twist. Sour cream and Greek yogurt are great base for most dips. I personally keep George's Spice #2 on hand when grilling.
