At Doorstep Peppers LLC, our unique, original seasoning blends feature a variety of common and nontraditional chile peppers from mild to quite spicy. These blends are versatile, perfect for adding depth and flavor to dishes like eggs, sandwiches, stove top, grilled or smoked meals, eliminating the need to precisely measure individual spices. They're crafted to save time while elevating your cooking with consistent, exciting taste profiles.

For several years, Dennis has exhibited a profound commitment to horticulture, with a particular focus on the cultivation of an extensive range of nontraditional hot chile peppers, which are NOT available in local grocery stores or at outdoor markets. Annually, Dennis meticulously selects innovative and distinctive pepper cultivars, sometimes growing over 200 plants on his Milwaukee "Urban Farm". Many of these same peppers get dehydrated and ground up to create the signature blend "Jet Blast", in which Bhut Jolokia is the most mild pepper. He continues to prioritize the growth of esteemed varieties.
