Alright, I know it's just February 1, 2023 but I am all geeked out selecting peppers to grow this summer. At this point I have about ten or twelve recognized varieties with who knows how many crosses I'll have the opportunity to grow.

Along with that I included a short description of their flavor and heat. Did I say heat? There's plenty of heat on this list! Some of these peppers sound just plain evil. We'll see.
